TYRI Lights Unboxing and Install - Not Just Offroad Lighting
Trails Offroad Crew member TJ unboxes and installs a set of 1313 Pod-Style Work Lights on his Jeep Gladiator. You may have already seen these TYRI Lights on not just one but TWO of our other mapping JLs as well!
The 1313 is an incredibly robust LED work light originally designed by TYRI for heavy-duty use on large construction, fire-fighting, and mining vehicles where high levels of illumination are necessary, making it perfect for hardcore offroad use.
The 1313 comes equipped with standard vibration dampers to accommodate uneven ground conditions and boasts an exceptional lumen-to-watt efficiency ratio, available in 4,000 K and 5,700 K color temperatures.

Beef Basin East Overland Trail - Trail Review and Guide - Utah
Thank you for the great video. My first trip to Afton Canyon Campground was in 1973. We were running the Manx fiberglass dune buggies. We would camp at Crucero where we would ride the sand dunes. Unfortunately the area has been closed. Very fond memories
could this be done alone?
This trail is badass. Can’t believe I didn’t hear about it before e
If you have any photos, please share them on our website. We would love to see them.
Maybe I missed it - but this is an up and back trail right?
All these details and more are on our website. You can find the link in the video description above.
Just did this in a stock RAM Rebel. Send it!
Nice!!!
Can my stock geo metro make it?
Maybe.... In the past, we have pushed Geo Metro's into places some people won't even take Jeeps. But best to check the trail guide first.
Can a Rubicon get to the lake side area you guys stopped for lunch? after the big granite slab.
can you be more specific. What mods and at what point in the video. Plus need to know drivers experience
Thanks for this video. Did Poison Spider a couple years ago and didn’t know about the Trifecta. Turned around and did the PS loop. Will be doing the Trifecta in a few days with a few Tacomas. Looking forward to doing this.
nice... post up a trip report when done
I did that trail in 1976. Me and another guy. I was in my 1976 Golden Earle Jeep CJ7. It’s a pleasure to relive that adventure all these years later.
Do you have any photos from that trip? We would love to see them
Great videos, and app! In order to come down the V-notch, would you be traveling east to west, or west to east? Thanks!
yes, east to west
Wow if I’m coming from the 138 where do I enter?
Head over to our website for this answer and a lot more. We also have a button in our app that will open up your favorite navigation app to help you get to the trailhead.
Can you hike it
you can hike just about anything in the US. It is the ultimate outdoor freedom.
if a 4 door dodge can do it any real CJ can breeze right through. but thanks to the eico nuts and for profit groups like the sierra clup 60% of the jeep roads in the moan area are now closed and can only be used by card careing member of special hiking clubs. all others will be arrested for trespassing.
Yeah, that is a real issue we are fighting out there. It is important everyone be involved with local groups that are helping fight the fight to keep the trails open.
1:40 better hope no one is coming the other way!
There is a lot of trails like that
This was my first trail. Did it in a rental UTV. Also, in 2021, but in July, so a bit hotter. Definitely amazing views. Highly recommend it.
It could have been rather toasty that time of year. Thank you for watching.
Nice videos! I did broken arrow , how is this trail compare for difficulty.
Pretty similar, but if you go to our website we have a ton of details which you can review the guides.
I live in Florence and didn't even know about this lol
Well, let us know what you think after you run it?
#2 rated
rating or your overall pick of this trail?
Okay to do this solo, 1 vehicle? What channel are folks using on GMRS?
There are a few offroad rules to help keep people safe and rule number 1 is never wheel alone. 2 is always wear your seat belt. But with that said, there are trails people travel alone all the time, but in those cases it is best to have a backup plan. As for details on the trail, check out our website for a lot more information.
Okay to do this trail solo, 1 vehicle?
See our other comment on Chicken, but we can't recommend traveling alone due to the risk that comes with it. Off-roading is inherently dangerous in nature.. But there is a lot of ways to find people that want to do the trails. Facebook might be the easiest. We have found a quick post on Facebook in local groups almost always gets someone wanting to do the trail. I hope you have fun, let us know how it goes.
Great video. Was initially wondering if I could get my Sequoia up there but saw the full size Chevy PU. Although this was 6 years ago....🤔
Head over to our website and take a look there. If you still have questions, you can go to the bottom and ask the writer what he thinks for the current state of the trail. You can find the link in the video description abvoe.
Nice video. Thanks. What type radios are you using? CB, GMRS, or Ham? Planning a trip here with my brother in September.
Overall, a majority of offroaders are moving over Ham, but the only downside of it is it requires a license. But there is plenty of people using GMRS and some still on CB
Love this trail. Ran this many times in my 84 Bronco. Bone stock except for 31.5 AT's. 302 4spd with a granny gear.
Very nice. Have you ran it lately?
@@Trailsoffroad Honestly it has been a hot minute since I've been up there. The last time it poured rain. Which increased the difficulty level substantially. The downhill portion has shall we say a certain pucker factor. Had a few passengers refuse. "You are out of your mind I am not doing that." They got out and walked. One time on the descent the rocks just let loose underneath the Bronco and at that point we were just along for the ride. That was actually very concerning for what seemed an eternity.
I bet, but makes for a cool story.
You may be the first to have stopped at the county line.
Yeah, we are not happy about the trail closures but we do try to follow the rules.
My son and I discovered this trail a few years ago. It is one of our favorite places to disperse camp. Thanks for the video.
It is a very cool area. Don't forget to post up a photo or two on our website. We would love to see them.
Mine as well!! If you ever see a red honda dirtbike being riden by a goofy looking fella give me a shout!!! Lol
this road is closed off most of the time, so please don't waste your time. also, it is littered with fake offroaders with texas plates. better yet, stay in texas or go to florida for your vacation. florida loves texans.
True, usually closed for all but 3 months. But wha do you mean littered with fake offroaders with texas plates?
Heading to Colorado next week and might of just changed my route. Absolutely beautiful
Might want to wait a few more weeks. The crew is heading up there to review the trail at the end of the month to open it up. So best beat would be to wait till July 1st at least.. You can find this information and more on our website, you can find the link in the video description above
Love your videos and quality content and you have an app! Subbed and downloaded the app what a great channel. Sometimes the spotters should just let a guy drive seesh😂. Keep up the high quality content!
Thank you. And Thank you for watching. Our spotters are not like the other channels. We don't want the doom and gloom like most of the other channels, we want everyone to get through the trail safely and undamaged.
Looks absolutely beautiful..... I'm an arizona guy but if I'm up that way I will definitely drop in...... thank you for the vid.... Rock on 4x4 brother's
Thanks for watching. Lets us know what you think after you run it.
So if Tim didn’t get through that hard part how did you guys finish the trail?? Is there a second way around?
Head over to our trail guides for the answer to this question and a ton more. You can fine the link in the video description above.
I found some amber ones and blue milky opals out there just by staying on the lava hill and digging in one place
Lots of cool places to check out. Did you ever check out the areas off Bradshaw?
Recently ran (Feb. 2024) this trail again and all the rails and ties are gone, the trestle is still there. Bradshaw trail had a lot of damage to it due to all the stormy weather in the area but was very passable.
yeah, there is a lot of debate if they will take the down the bridge. I guess we will have to wait and see.
Where did THIS come from? This is not a video I would normally associate at all with Trails Offroad. Promoting products and doing install videos is not their style. What's going on?
We'll still be doing trail videos, we still have an entire website and app platform built around our team driving trails and creating the best Trail Guides. But we also believe it's not a bad thing to try something new and work on different types of videography. Supporting TYRI Lights is nothing new for us, we have been running their lights on 2 of our mapping vehicles for multiple years now, so we feel very comfortable backing their products.
@@Trailsoffroad I was a subscriber with notifications for the trail videos. I don't need notifications for yet-MORE-videos-like-this-one. Oy. I get interruptions for these too often as it is from other channels. Especially from this channel, this feels like content-for-the-sake-of-content, e.g. to have SOMETHING to publish. You guys do you, and I'll do me, I guess. Best of luck.
Hi! I'm a first time jeep guy.. Is this a relatively easy trail with a vehicle that's got a 2.5 inch lift with 33 inch tires ?? Can you camp up there?
Welcome to the club. The best place to find this information and other trails that are right at the level you want is on our website. You can find a link in the video description above or search us.
not a great spot if there is weather in the forecast. ask me how i know.
Has anyone done this trail in a stock Tacoma ?
yeah, a lot of people. It is just not easy. For more information on the trail, check out our website.
Filming this over the next few days.. pretty excited for this one.
nice. Let us know what you think.
Did this a week ago and it was amazing. My first time off roading. Drove from Indianapolis to Zion. Well worth it.
very cool, make sure you post up some photos on our website. We would love to see them.
I broke my axle on that trail. So now I'm installing 4.88 gears and beefing up my axles a bit more.
It happens to the best of them.
Wonderful
Thank you
Can I do this on a 24 stock tacoma trd offroad? Looking for a noob offroad trail.
The best thing to do is head over to our website and review the data there. You can find the link in the video description above. You can also ask the writer what they think on that page.
the truck can do it, the variable is the driver.
Just did it in my ZR2
nice... Post up some photos on our website
I'm doing a solo cross country drive in my '23 Colorado ZR2. Would this route be doable alone?
Most likely, but check out our website for more details. You can find the link to the page in the video description.
Can't wait. What's "airing down"?
You want to allow air out of the tires to a certain point. This provides better traction and comfort. I would research on the internet on what pressure for your tire size and vehicle.
We were up there a couple of years back. It was 85 degrees on the desert floor, but once we got up on top, we got hit with a really interesting snowstorm that followed up back down the mountain as we descended. Absolutely gorgeous, and a pretty severe reminder that conditions can change quite a lot in the Henry Mountains pretty quickly.
sounds exciting.
Like the video of the Jeep trial and it looks like that a stock jeep would make it. I've got a 2013Jeep Wrangler sport with a set of 285 75 16 AT tires and a winch and a 6speed trans. No lift. Would I be able to do this Jeep trail .
The best thing to do is go to our website and review the data there. You will find the link in the video description above. Once there will see the vehicle requirements and recommendations and so much more.
I did it in a bone stock 2016 JKU. The mud pits will be the worst of it. There are bypasses that are slightly shallower, but they will likely be up to, or just above your floorboards.
beautiful
The area really is. Thank you for watching
Great video can't believe that's California! Do you know if dirtbikes/e-motos are allowed?
Anza is unique where it is only street legal allowed. But not sure about e-bikes.
